[For Nat] We could just... disappear.
May. 2nd, 2015 09:19 pmMaybe it was running away from his problems. But he didn't see any other way. He needed to be alone. Away from everyone.
He had to be alone.
This place was calm. Not another sole for miles. He'd never been much of a rugged type before the big guy happened, but he'd learned. This wasn't the first cabin in the middle of nowhere he'd holed up in.
He stood out in the back porch, sipping on a freshly brewed cup of coffee-- a little too burnt, but then the coffee pot was old having been there when he'd moved in only weeks earlier. He looked out on the wilderness that surrounded him. Pine trees and the soothing repetitive chips and caws of the birds. No one to hurt here.
No one but himself. It was better that way.
